Track

The notice changed? Your bid knows.

As soon as a bid is opened from a notice, Offra watches that notice: closing date moved, addenda, new documents, cancellation, award. The bid's dates follow, and the team is notified.

What is watched

The changes that matter to a bid.

A closing date moved, an addendum or a new document published, a notice cancelled, awarded or withdrawn. When the date moves, the bid's key date is rewritten, the old one stays visible, struck through, and the countdowns and the dashboard follow.

And the closing

A reminder before the date, even when it has moved.

Seven days, then two days before closing, an email to the person who opened the bid. If an addendum moves the date, the reminder follows the new one. Managing bids

Questions

Is the analysis redone when an addendum arrives?
No. Tracking announces the addendum; add it to the bid to have its requirements read with the rest. A moved date, on the other hand, is updated on its own.
Which notices are tracked?
Those a bid was opened from, on every source we track: SEAO, CanadaBuys, the City of Toronto, bids&tenders. A bid built from uploaded documents is tracked once it is linked to its notice: Business links it by itself, and on Professional you pick the notice.
Who is notified?
The whole team, in the bell, for every change. A moved closing date or a cancellation also goes out by email.
