We read your documents and tell you what is in them. A requirement whose clause cannot be named is a requirement nobody can check, so each one carries its own — the page and the paragraph, one click to open the passage.

The coverage

What they require, against what you can demonstrate.

The compliance matrix checks every requirement against your profile and your knowledge base — past projects, licences, attestations — and marks what is covered, what is half covered, and what is still missing. Decisive requirements are marked as such.

Dates and legal notes

The dates that matter, and the clauses that catch people out.

Every key date with the passage it came from — closing, questions to the buyer, site visit — a countdown, and a one-click add to your calendar. Legal notes ranked by importance, each shown once even when several documents repeat it. When an addendum moves a date, the old one stays visible, struck through: notice tracking.

Questions

Does Offra read the spec before I do?
No. On SEAO, the documents are sold: Offra cannot have them before you. What it reads first is the notice — its published requirements, its dates, its list of documents — which opens the bid. The spec is read when you upload it.
What does the percentage beside a requirement mean?
It is the confidence the analysis attaches to that row: a field in the matrix, not a success rate for the tool. The quoted clause is there so you can check.
Do my documents change the price estimate?
No. We read them and tell you what is in them; the price estimate does not depend on them.
Which formats?
PDF, Word and Excel, any number of them, addenda included.
