Easy to promise and easy to betray: it would be far cheaper to run a lightened grid over thousands of notices and keep the real one for the reports we sell. A command recomputes both sides on a real notice and refuses to pass if they differ.

Plus tax, per company. Cancellable at any time; access runs to the end of the cycle already paid for.
- Unlimited users, on both plans.
- Invite the whole team: neither plan counts people. Two roles: a member reads the feed and works on submissions, an administrator manages the team and the billing. Invitations stay valid for 7 days.
- Every open tender's analysis, included.
- On any open notice, one click runs the analysis: your measured odds and what to do, the likely competitors, the prices observed, this client and which of your own contracts answer it. Nothing is counted, on either plan.
- Submissions: on their own on Intelligence, included on Pro.
- A submission is one tender and its addenda: the whole dossier and the notice's report, for the whole team. Intelligence includes none: each costs $199, or $249 during the free trial. Pro includes 12 a year. On the annual rate they all arrive on the first day, and those left lapse at renewal; month to month, 1 is added each month and kept 12 months while the plan is active. Beyond them, a submission costs $149. A submission bought is never refunded.
- An analysis takes a few minutes, and then it stays.
- It is queued, not instant: allow a few minutes after the click. It opens in the tender itself, in the notice's tabs, and reopens at once after that.
- Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Intelligence.
- No card is asked for. Intelligence opens when the account is created; after 14 days the account returns to the Free plan unless you subscribe, and nothing is charged automatically. Once per business. A subscription is charged when you take it, on either plan; on Pro month to month, the first month is refunded if you cancel within 30 days, before your first submission. The feed builds itself on your company within minutes — it is the real product, not a preview.
What the subscription opens, it can close again.
When the subscription ends, your workspace goes back to the free account: the scored feed, the verdict and the analyses close, but nothing is erased. The submissions your company paid for stay readable, and you pick the rest up by subscribing again. It is written in plain terms in the terms.
Only bidding once or twice a year? The free account buys a submission on its own, at $249, with no subscription. To see the feed first, every new account starts with 14 days of Intelligence free. All amounts are in Canadian dollars, plus tax.

Do you have to pay to see the feed?
The account itself is free. It links your company, browses every open notice and buys a submission on its own: it is the judgement that is paid for, not the list. To see the feed with us, book a demo: we open it on your company during the call.
Can we pay annually?
The cycle changes one thing: on Pro, the 12 submissions all arrive on the first day on the annual rate; month to month, 1 is added each month and kept 12 months.
You can start month to month and move to annual within the first 30 days of your first paid month: that month is deducted. In exchange, cancelling part-way through a year stops the renewal without refunding the remaining months.
