What is a submission?
One tender and its addenda: the whole dossier — requirements and the compliance matrix, tasks, key dates, legal notes, drafted answers, the « Questions » assistant, the review before you file, the post-mortem — and the notice's report, with as many colleagues as you like. It costs $249 on the free account, $199 on Intelligence and $149 beyond Pro's credits. A submission bought is never refunded, and stays readable for as long as the account exists. The terms.
Annual or monthly?
Annual costs 17% less, on both plans. On Pro, it gives the 12 submissions on the first day; monthly adds 1 each month. The free trial comes with the account, whichever you choose afterwards.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets one: Intelligence is open for 14 days, and no card is asked for. Afterwards the account returns to the Free plan unless you subscribe; nothing is charged automatically. Once per business. During those days, a submission costs $249. The terms.
How do Pro's credits work?
On the annual price, all 12 arrive on the first day; any left lapse at renewal, which brings the next 12. On the monthly price, each month adds 1, kept 12 months while the subscription is active: a month without a tender carries over. Beyond the credits, a submission costs $149.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in one click from your workspace; access runs to the end of the period paid for. On Pro month to month, the first month is refunded if you cancel within 30 days and no submission credit has been used. On Intelligence, the free trial takes the place of that refund. The terms.
How many people can use it?
As many as you like, on Intelligence and on Pro: neither plan counts people. The free account is for one person, but the whole team can join a submission it has bought.
What does the free account include?
Open tenders, search, filters and an email alert. The feed scored for your company, the verdict and the firms' names come with a plan; a submission can be bought on its own.
