Features / Drafting answers
DraftBusiness
A first draft of every answer. Your price, left blank.
Methodology, team presentation, understanding of the mandate: on every task that asks for text, “Generate an answer” drafts it from the clause and from what your company has already done. You read it, complete it, and paste it into your bid.
Réfection de la toiture — école primaire
BusinessMéthodologie de réalisation
From templateDevis p. 21 · §6.2Generate an answerAnswer
Copy.docxWe will carry out the roof replacement in three phases, outside school hours, so the school's activities are not disrupted. The site will be led by [PROJECT MANAGER NAME], who will coordinate with the school's administration.
Our comparable work in schools is set out in the References section. Our lump-sum price is [LUMP-SUM PRICE SUBMITTED], taxes extra.
What only you know stays blank — your price included.
The draft
What it reads before it writes.
The tender's exact clause, your knowledge base — past bids, reference projects, licences — the files attached to the task, and the web when the question calls for it. It is only offered on tasks that have something to write.
The blanks
What only you know is not made up.
The project manager's name, a commitment date, an amount: anything only your company can decide stays a highlighted blank — [PROJECT MANAGER NAME], [LUMP-SUM PRICE SUBMITTED] — rather than a guess. Your price is never written for you.
The conversation
Fill the blanks, ask for a change.
Beside the answer, a conversation: give the missing name, ask for a more direct tone or one section fewer, ask a question about the clause. The answer updates. When it suits you, copy it into Word with its formatting, or download it as .docx.
The knowledge base
Every bid makes the next one easier.
Your company documents — insurance, licences, attestations, past bids — live in the knowledge base. Each one is summarised when you upload it, and its expiry date is read: a document attached to a task that expires before closing is flagged on the task.
