The tasks
Every piece to produce, in someone's hands.
Offra turns every document to produce and every requirement into tasks. Any member can hand one to a colleague, who is notified in the app and by an email grouping their tasks. Each document shows how far along it is: so many tasks done out of so many.

The owner
A name on a document, or on the whole bid.
Name an owner for a document or for the whole bid: the tasks nobody holds yet go to them. Changing the owner moves only what they received that way — never a task handed out by hand.
The dashboard
Where each bid stands.
Each bid's readiness, what is still missing, where each one is — in progress, needs action, ready to submit, submitted — and what closes in the next two weeks.
The history
Who did what, and when.
Every bid keeps its history: who completed a task, who uploaded which version of which file, who changed its status. What a colleague did since your last visit is flagged.
The reminder
The closing date surprises no one.
Seven days, then two days before closing, an email to the person who opened the bid, and the bell for the whole team. The deadline for questions to the buyer gets the same reminders once the documents are analysed. If an addendum moves the date, the reminder follows the new one.
Questions
